Just Bill’s Restaurant & Lounge, Catering & Carry out. Just Bill’s was a Full-Services restaurant, carry out, and catering business. Over a 20 year period Just Bill’s had over 300 corporate, school and church accounts as well as thousands of family catering clients.

Just Bill’s restaurant specialized in BBQ, Steaks, Seafood and Sandwiches. Everything was prepared fresh daily and cooked to order. Bill created recipes, designed logos, planned menus and supervised over 20 staff members.

Bill’s marketing efforts included designing logos that were used in Advertising¬—Newspapers, Bill Boards and every door direct mail.

Bill did press releases to the media and had restaurant reviews in the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, local papers, James Ward on channel 7 TV and more.

2002 to 2015:

Since 2002 Bill has worked for other restaurants developing catering programs including menu design, marketing and sales. Bill made sales calls to businesses, churches and schools. He made food presentations, catering set ups and follow up calls to insure customers satisfaction.

2015 to Present:

Bill has been working on his new consulting business to help people start-up their own BBQ restaurant.
